As a Marketing Manager of MMHC, he/she will manage the overall marketing projects for U.S. local clients and international clients. Beneficiary's specific job duties and responsibilities of a Marketing Manager at MMHC include, but are not limited to, the followings:
- Develop marketing strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues (percentage of time spent: 40%)
- provide the strategic marketing planning to strengthen MMHC's market position in Saipan, CNMI;
- monitor and plan direct marketing activities of MMHC's product;
- Develop marketing and promotional strategy and materials for MMHC and its products, including brand management and advertising;
- conduct market research on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards;
- prepare long, and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgets; and
- negotiate advertising contracts.
- Hire, train, and manage U.S. local staffs, adjust their job tasks and evaluate performance (percentage of time spent: 30%)
- manage subordinate employees, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties, and .
- evaluate the result and achievement of each subordinate employee and propose promotions to higher positions.
- Review annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and make sales and marketing reports in order to setup a long-term goal and objectives (percentage of time spent: 30%)
- establish, maintain, and analyze budget, records, and other controls to keep costs at a minimum consistent with efficient operations
- review and analyze the marketing results quarterly, semi-annually, and annually; and
- analyze and review financial performance of the corporation resulted from various types of marketing method.
